Boot Camp

Legacy Fitness team have been providing Bootcamp classes in the great outdoors to our clients. Our challenging workouts are 45 minutes and are based on high intensity interval training which is very effective way of burning fat, improving cardiovascular fitness as well as building muscle definition.
We welcome all fitness levels, ages and abilities to our classes and make sure we motivate and encourage our members to work to the best of their abilities. The structured sessions are all fun and challenging because they are all outdoors and no session is ever the same.
